Our ABA AST Professionals and Specialists are highly educated and experienced.
Your ABA AST Team's Qualifications:
ABA AST Professional: earned at least a MA/MS Degree and have years of experience in supervision, assessment, design and implementation of behavioral programs.
ABA AST Specialist: earned at least a BA/BS Degree and have years of experience in, design and implementation of behavioral programs.
All Professionals and Specialists at Applied Milestones are well trained in the
BACB TL5/TCO 6 (2025 requirements) and strictly adhere to the current Ethics Code for Behavior Analysis: Link:

Individually tailored Adaptive Skills Training programs for enhancing an individual’s existing
skills, teach new pivotal skills and skills in the behavior cusps.
Our Programs remedy an individual’s skill deficits in communication, social function, or other related skill areas, including, but not limited to, the following categories:
Other areas of training:
Skills needed for independence and achieving goals in life. Maladaptive behavior replacement through functionally equivalent skill acquisition. Play Skills, Study Skills, Friendship Skills. Work Skills.
Families will receive:
Customized design for each client's unique abilities, needs, and family situation in conceptually systematic behavioral approach
· Parent/Family behavior training on the client's AST program. The training is for all areas of the client's program and on the theory of behavior and applications of concepts. (Ex: Simplified version of complex and effective training tools of Applied Behavior Analysis
and Verbal Behavior approach.
Behavior trainings will empower caregivers to support the client's new skills and confidently
plan/teach new skills in the future.
Parents/Family members will learn how to:
- increase desirable skills and behaviors
- identify and teach replacement behaviors
- teach new skills and behavior cusps
- Generalize and maintain skills and behaviors across environments
- modify learning and natural environments to prevent, narrow, or restrict opportunities for maladaptive behaviors
